A very ancient grandfather
was standing
in front of the Parthenon
in order to finally see
beyond the black and white
grandson’s
photograph
staring at the Propylaea
to take over
the continuity of his work
for the peoples’ good
and when he is facing him
he gives him his name
so that their Saint
won’t change
and from the ports
to find the sea
and the endless
blue
for the future
of our country.
