20350 - The time magnitude
N. Lygeros
Translated from the Greek by Athena Kehagias
The time magnitude changes according data.
For this reason the Chronostrategy is necessary for their analysis.
It makes no sense to do only local analyses and to assume that likewise we can predict the future.
There are mental schemes which can cross over years, decades or even centuries, and they can not be analyzed only locally.
Because the local can not be compared with the timeless.
We must also realize that the near future may be influenced by old data.
And this coincides with the data which accumulates and causes problems in the long run, because no one meanwhile comprehends, that there are indications which inform regarding the phase change due to occur.
This means that even now, the data should not be analyzed as if they have emerged from nowhere.
We are not dealing with a tabula rasa, where original data appeared right now .
It makes no sense to present the data as if it’s recent, because this interpretation has no value for the analysis, and that will be obvious in the results.
Consequently, we must seek new powerful mental schemes, which will integrate these elements and will present a strategy for problem solving.
Because they would not be solved with irrelevance.
That’s the case, when we don’t utilize strategically an issue such as the Greek EEZ, while the large licensing round is in progress regarding the twenty marine plots.
There is a historic fact as from 1982, regarding the Agreement of the Law of the Sea, and the time has come to utilize this data in order to solve a national problem.
