The victims of the genocide
are not the victims of
a simple, brutal and barbarous crime,
they constitute the wounds of Humanity
which concern us all;
therefore it is not enough only
to remember them but to struggle
so as their recognition
will not be but the first step
in the reparation process.
Without this, it is useless.
