6562 - The Memorial of justice
N. Lygeros
Translation: Paola Vagioni
The stone leaves
were trembling anew
under the wind of wrath.
The men of the khatchkars
rose anew
with the time of justice.
Α battle had to be rendered
against the fallacious verbiage
of an unconscious miserliness.
The Memorial had to be protected
even if for it the sacrifice
would not suffice opposite the assault.
Each one among us ought
to be there in front of every stone
as if it was about one’s grave.
Each one among them would attempt
to reverse memory
in order to establish the guilty.
