From the boat
we saw the sight
of light
on the roof
of Opera
because its tiles
had become
colourful
on the white
that the architect
had chosen
in order to build
the substance
of a geometry
that nobody else
had studied
in this manner
because of need
as a gift
for the other
humans
who couldn’t
imagine
the unknown.
