The EuroAsia Interconnector is an indicative bare fact of the energean dynamics.
Because of its function in the high strategy field, it forms situations in the action field as a whole, while it’s playing simultaneously in three countries,ie, Greece, Cyprus and Israel, but always of course within a European context.
Therefore, it unites countries with common interests for the future, and doesn’t get consumed into local meaningless solutions, because they are unable to change reality as such.
The range of this project is essential, in order for the data re: Crete to change definitivelly.
The interconnection is not only local.
Because in actual fact it converts Crete and Cyprus at key points, through which it is necessary for someone to pass, if they want to effectively utilize the electric energy which is produced through the three countries natural gas.
In other words, the EuroAsia Interconnector is directly related to the three EEZ’s, as well as the tripartite, as in actual fact it implements this vision that’s of an international range.
It is therefore important to realize that this is regarding an innovation that has never before occurred for the island of Crete.
For this reason it can not be compared with anything else as much as some want it otherwise.
It finally in actual fact connects Crete with the Greek mainland and configures a new network which comes to enhance the previous, allowing simultaneously for the reduction of environmental pollutants.
And now we see that all studies and researches come to an end, and we are moving on to the historic agreements towards the utilization of the project without any further delays on account of nobody.
