In strategy, after the precise observations of Clausewitz about war, and especially about its chameleon character, we consider that the most normal is war which when it has pauses we call them peace, while in society we enforce in an arbitrary manner the reverse. This of course doesn’t surprise anyone who is involved in strategic issues, because he continuously recognizes in the context of historical reality, mental strategic schemes which don’t exist for society. However, during this period, even society, the most inert or the most inactive, is forced to accept that we are in a phase of war with the terrorist issue which comes from the Daesh organization and starts accepting that there is a different approach and that it is not merely about another phenomenon similar to the previous ones. This organization has as a goal a crime against Humanity and if we don’t stop it, it will commit a genocide right in front of our eyes without the societies of indifference realizing it. In order to create a state, this organization is prepared for any sacrifice and destruction and this at various levels from the inhumane level, for the babies that have illnesses, for the manipulation of children, for the extremities against people, for the persecution of enemies, for the destruction of villages, for economic destitution, for the territorial trespass, for the violent attempts and suicides, so that it brings damages especially upon populations that are consisted of various religions, so that an adversity appears and for this to allow an enlistment of the most extreme elements in its region, in order to change the population data. So every delay from our side, aggravates the situation for the innocent peoples that don’t have protection.
