Translated from the Greek by Vicky Baklessi
The International Alliance is changing pace and aim for combating terrorism in the East. After the official announcements of the terrorist organization regarding its revenues and the manner in which they are supplied, the energy sources have become strategic goals. With the illegal management of fields of oil, which is sold in the black market at half the regular price. This way Russia as well decided to bomb facilities which depend on this illegal framework. Of course the revenues come also from the hostages and also from the refugees who are obligated to pay in order to pass the borers. But the oil remains the primary source of revenue and must indeed take substantial measures for combating its exploitation since we know that the heavy artillery has to be paid in order to become property. With the systematic bombings of the facilities, the International Alliance accomplishes multiple targets which have repercussions because the great cost of the terrorist attacks becomes unbearable in this manner and especially the strikes abroad and in great distances from the operations centers. Because the protection on site always has the flaw of defense which doesn’t have initiative and has to respond while the strikes on the energy resources, allow a more effective approach on the problem since it weakens the organization at the source of the action and not at its extensions. So the initiative belongs to the International Alliance. Also this way, it is understood by everyone that its action can be measured in its substance and not only by statements that express good intentions while in the end they are not implemented in practice. But now the results are tangible due to the need of a strategy with no diplomacy any longer.
