21211 - The government is not created by gimmicks
N. Lygeros
Translated from the Greek by Athena Kehagias
The government is not created by gimmicks, especially when Greece must respond to serious national challenges and must obtain credibility and be also capable of creating stratagems.
Our homeland must play an important role in the energy sector, and a major prerequisite is the issue of the Greek EEZ , because only it has the potential to build a strategic context capable of producing growth and bringing about recovery.
Things are quite serious economically, and we’re at the end of our rope.
There’s no other epace left for irrelevance and incompetence.
The Greek EEZ is a priority regarding both its establishment and its demarcations.
And the trilaterals are substancial for the future.
Also the large licensing round in regards to the hydrocarbons is in progress.
The same applies to the EuroAsia Interconnector and the East-Med pipeline.
Therefore we need people and politicians who know how to manage those issues, and not persons who are pretending to act, while in actual fact they are dealing with other issues due to ideology and dogmatism.
Enough with the efforts, we now demand implementations.
We can’t be merely preoccupied with the elections, without examining at the strategic role of the government, because oly it, has the capacity to produce tasks, and that is only possible after the elections.
It is good therefore to think about what’s to follow, before of what comes prior, in order not to get confused while making selections.
Greece needs actions and not verbalism in order to move forward and get away from the financial traps.
We are not a country under management, nor a space of negotiations, but a homeland, which has a past and wants a future. It depends on us whether our choice is strategic or not. That’s what we need and nothing else.
