19441 - The Battle of Time
N. Lygeros
Translated from the Greek by Athena Kehagias
The Battle of Time had not started suddenly.
It was prepared for centuries on.
That’s what the big picture was portaying.
Regardless if most could not
even notice it after so many years.
The habit had killed the thought.
And the new servility seemed natural.
But nothing was.
The battering was plain and clear.
And the siege of the Empire
had began with the attack upon the images.
At first, no one had realized
the risk of degeneration.
It actually took decades.
Even though some Byzantine nobles
fought against this heresy.
They had already faced their enemies
who hated the performances.
The invasion from the eastern
issues was not accidental.
The contact zone was out of control.
That’s when the legend of Digenis was born.
After these events.
Because quite simply Christianity
could not solve all these problems.
There was disunity present, which others
interpreted as merely a version.
Only that the interpertations had become hyperinterpertations
and the whole issue was out of the limits
which they all considered conventional.
Digenis Akritas with his power
had come not only in the aftermath, but also
to enhance the mental scheme
of the intertemporal Hellenism.
Because Hellenism, like Digenis
had defeated Charon.
And so the Battle of Time began.
